Bellows: elastic protection of moving elements
The bellows made of abrasion-resistant material protect moving elements or parts of machinery such as cylinder shafts against dirt, dust and spray-outs of molten metal. This means, that the bellows act as additional protection for moving elements of your machineries, prolonging their operation life.
Qualities and advantages of bellows:
• Chemical resistant material: ElatexSil (silicon-coated fiberglass) / ElatexKevlar (aluminium-coated fiberglass) - depends on operational requirements and environmental conditions
• Various geometry: cylindrical, conical, rectangular, triangular or special shape
• Temperature range: from -60 °C to + 400 °C
• Fastening types: velcro fastener or straps
• Elastic and movable
• Holes for cables or pipes are on request possible
• Increased operational life of protected parts such as cylinder shafts etc.
