64 fabric expansion joints for a large European thermal power station were manufactured to replace the lens ones

So, an order for the supply of 64 fabric expansion joints for the large thermal power station was recently fulfilled to replace outdated lens ones.

Expansion joints are intended to be installed in the boiler unit collector. Due to large differences in installation heights, the project was preceded by complex design work.

This equipment is designed to operate at extreme temperatures (up to + 570 °C) and displacements, in dusty flue gas medium.

Powerz expansion joints have maximum compensating capacity, low stiffness, and 100% tightness; they are made of several layers of heat-insulating and gas-tight materials, which are selected during the design stage.

The equipment has been delivered by road to the customer's warehouse. Installation is carried out directly on site under the careful supervision of the Powerz Chief Engineer.
