The Powerz company has successfully completed a project for the supply of silencers for burners, thereby opening a new product line

One of the energy companies in Germany has faced with the problem of increased noise level in a boiler house, which is located in a residential area. Realizing that increased noise can cause inconvenience to residents of nearby houses, the management decided to reduce the noise level by installing silencers for the burners.

Powerz specialists analyzed the terms of reference and it became clear that similar equipment in silencers field had not been previously manufactured, but there is no difficulty in designing. Moreover, Powerz specialists realized that it was possible to improve the design, which was offered for supply by competitive manufacturers. Thus, participating in tender on an equal footing, Powerz was selected as the supplier.

During project implementation, in order to improve the design of future equipment, create templates, and carry out measurements, the company's specialists went to the site. Much attention was paid to the production due date and avoiding mistakes when assembling new equipment.

As a result, the project was successfully implemented. The customer is satisfied, the Powerz company got the opportunity to expand the silencers product line.
