Powerz company has once again supplied a batch of thermal insulating jackets to the manufacturer of weigh batching systems.

Weigh batchers are devices that measure the required volume or net weight of bulk and other types of materials. Devices can be manual or automatic. The main purposes of these units are accurate determination of the required portion and next release to the tank according to the existing process chain.

A batch of thermal insulating jackets which prevent various negative effects has been developed and supplied for different models of weigh batchers. Thermal insulating jacket has active electric heating, which helps to avoid product adhesion due to condensate formation at above-zero temperature in outdoor installation conditions in winter, and also protects the weigh batcher from atmospheric fallout when installed outdoors.

The jacket design provides outlets for the connected equipment, all the necessary holes for different models of weigh batchers are individually taken into account. The jackets consist of several segments, so they can be easily dismantled for equipment maintenance.
