Project on Powerz silencer design and supply to one of the gas industry enterprises has been competed

This spring, a steam and nitrogen dump silencer was supplied to one of the European gas industry enterprises.

It should be noted that industrial silencers and other equipment of the company Powerz have already been operating at this facility.

The previously supplied equipment was designed to operate with air flows. The currently supplied silencer is used at nitrogen discharge from high pressure loop to the atmosphere and at steam and nitrogen discharge from air vent starting ejector.

Although in terms of manufacturing quality, documentation and reports the customer put forward stringent requirements, Powerz professionals successfully coped with the order.

Let us remember that Powerz company designs and manufactures flue gas, steam dumping, air dump, air flows, gas and its mixtures silencers. Before the equipment is manufactured, Powerz' specialists carry out measurements, as well as acoustic and aerodynamic analysis of the silencer. Further, body geometry, metal thickness, number of stages of the throttle block, acoustic absorber density is selected and design documents are developed according to the input data. Later, manufacture, supply and, if necessary, installation supervision of the equipment is carried out.
