A batch of fabric expansion joints has been supplied to one of the largest factories of thermal insulation production.

Company Powerz has been cooperating with European factories of thermal insulation production over many years. Last month, one of the largest factories of insulation production was supplied with fabric expansion joints, in terms of replacing fabric part of supply line with expired service life.

The equipment diameter ranged from 400 mm to 1500 mm. The expansion joints are used at temperatures from 100 °C to 700 °C, in flue gas medium with vapors of phenol-formaldehyde resins.

Due to tight timeline at the customer's site, some of the expansion joints were completed in an extremely short time - within a week, the rest were designed and manufactured within a month. At the moment, the equipment has been installed in gas ducts, polymerization chambers, fans and smoke exhausters. It is successfully operated.
